Remembering Joseph M. Grier
Joe served 4 years as Vice President for the Greater 69th Street Wildcats Athletic Association and 3 as it’s President and CEO – retiring from the organization in 2006 after 10 years of service. He held the offices of Secretary and Chairman of the Recruitment and Public Relations Committees for the Bert Bell Memorial Football Conference. He was named youth league coach of the year by the National Football Foundation and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2005. Joe spent five years as a keynote speaker for The Frank Glazier Mega Clinics where he spoke to youth league football coaches from all over the US and Canada about creating better strategies to coach, manage, build and maintain youth football programs.
Joe will truly be missed.
